Mr. Kenerson spent twenty-four years as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. While with the DEA, Mr. Kenerson served in a variety of domestic enforcement and management assignments.

Prior to his retirement Mr. Kenerson coordinated interagency enforcement operations in the DEA's Washington, DC Headquarters.

After retiring from the DEA, Mr. Kenerson spent three years as an Agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, where he conducted background and financial investigations on businesses and individuals seeking approval for non-restricted gaming licenses.

Mr. Kenerson also has experience as a security consultant and corporate security investigator for several major gaming corporations. Mr. Kenerson is a member of the Association of Former Federal Narcotics Agents, International Narcotics Officers Association, American Society of Industrial Security and Nevada Society of Professional Investigators.

Mr. Kenerson is a licensed Private Investigator in Nevada.
